New collaboration between MVM Horses and Foal Auction Prinsjesdag

On Saturday May 1, the photo and video day for the (online) auction of May 18, 2021 took place. These recordings took place at the beautiful location of MvM Horses in De Steeg. MvM Horses is run by Matthijs and Sandra van Middelkoop. In their beautiful stable they prepare horses for inspection and are saddle-broken. In addition, there are some top stallions at stud, such as Qupido H (the new star of Niels Bruynseels) and Ultimo van ter Moude (BWP ambassador and 1.60 horse supplier).

Matthijs learned the tricks of the trade from Aris van Manen, his wife Sandra comes from the well-known “Jurius family” of Stal Nieuwmoed in Vorden. It is therefore not surprising that the couple had the ambition to start their own stable. That dream has now become reality and they run their own company next to Stal de Havikerwaard. Matthijs: “Thanks to Mr. Van de Kamp, we have been able to work at this location. We are very happy with that, we have all the facilities that a professional stable needs. In addition, it is not just about the outside, hard work and a good eye for horses are just as important in this profession.”

Van Middelkoop offers a great service especially for Foal Auction Prinsjesdag: “Since the photo and video days will take place on our site this year, breeders with a selected foal can come to us to prepare the foal. Think of shaving, washing and braiding.” A great service, which we as a foal auction are very happy with!
