Exclusive Hickstead embryo to Sweden for 34,000 euros
Via Embryoauction.com, the very exclusive embryo of Hickstead out of the full sister of Quod'Coeur de la Loge was sold to Sweden for no less than 34,000 euros. This makes this unique embryo the most expensive embryo auctioned via Embryoauction.com since its launch in August 2015.
A Swedish buyer eventually took the lead in the bidding war for the embryo of the legendary Hickstead – the 2008 Olympic champion under the saddle of Eric Lamaze. The available frozen semen of the sadly deceased Hickstead is scarce, but via the advanced ICSI method we have managed to collect an embryo of this world-famous stallion.
The mother of the embryo is none other than Tsarina de la Loge – a daughter of Ideal de la Loge and the full sister of Quod'Coeur de la Loge. Ideal de la Loge belonged to the absolute world top under Frenchman Roger-Yves Bost and won, among other things, two Global Champions Tour Grand Prix. Quod'Coeur de la Loge is currently one of the best in the world and recently won the Global Champions Tour in Mexico City under Roger-Yves Bost.
Embryoauction.com congratulates the buyers with the purchase of this unique embryo!
