mr. Europe performs with new rider
In January this year, the Foal Auction Prinsjesdag-reference Mr.Europe came into the hands of Morning Star Sporthorses and with that the breeding product of Stoeterij Renken got a new rider. During the Winter Equestrian Festival, the Mr.Blue son was already doing good business with Karrie Rufer at 1.45/1.50m level.
Born as a Europe RV, the Mr.Blue son (ds.Cassini I) was trained to the highest level by Marc Houtzager. The now ten-year-old stallion was purchased as a foal by Benny Wezenberg and Fred Lodewijk, and the latter had him together with Stal Houtzager-Kayser in recent years. As a three-year-old, the genetically interesting stallion was approved for Zangersheide and has been used on a very limited scale for breeding. Mr.Europe developed very well as a sport horse. After many successes in the Youngster Tour, he jumped to second place in the 1.50m of CSI4* Münster and he already took part in top competitions in Aachen, Rotterdam and Brussels.
great future
So now he continues his career in America. At the CSI5* in Wellington they already jumped clear in the 1.45m and had one fault in the 1.50m. A good start! Nice detail is that Mr.Europe's dam, the Cassini I daughter Z-Livia, was also purchased at Foal Auction Prinsjesdag.
